As an interesting fact, before it was converted this house was owned by the UK's first lady vicar, on whom the hit British TV comedy series "The Vicar of Dibley" was based. there is a railway line traversing the bottom of the gardens to Ellison Road. But with the garden being long, and all the apartment windows being double glazed (and bedroom 2 is street-side in any case), we find this causes no problems, even to light sleepers.
